Boosted Resistance to the Elementary School “Nuisance Colds”
Working with little kids in elementary school I’m exposed to just about every cold or virus that goes around. In recent years my health hasn’t been as good as I’d like it to be: my resistance to the multitude of germs seems lowered. This last year was especially bad… between October and January I was sick non-stop. I had been on antibiotics 3 or 4 times- for strep throat, walking pneumonia, and a sinus infection that wouldn’t go away. When I started taking this syrup, I had a bad cold that I could not shake. Within a week, I was better. I did not get sick again until April, after I stopped taking the syrup because I ran out of it. Although it’s a little expensive, (shop around for deals) it’s better than getting sick and visiting my doctor every 2-3 weeks. I am completely sold on the immune-boosting properties of black elderberries. I like this one because its sugar free. In spite of that, it’s really sweet tasting. I will resume taking this as a supplement before the school kids and all of their germs come around again in the fall.

Sambucus Elderberry is a go-to for me when bronchial problems arise
I have used Sambucus Elderberry Juice for years to help clear bronchial problems. I keep it on hand at all times for my extended family and my household. It has a long shelf-life in the refrigerator; it tastes good; and it helps a lot with chest congestion. I have used other Elderberry juices as well, but Sambucus is still my go-to brand.
