Effective, great for sensitive skin, good under makeup
I am obsessed with Nutrogena and wanted something I could use in the morning that was light and effective. I have hypervascular under eyes and there isnt too much you can do about it. I use a skin brightening agent at night but it isn’t usable under makeup as it balls up. This product came to the rescue. It makes my undereyes look refreshed and is a great base for makeup. This is such an affordable and effective product, just get it. Also great for sensitive skin.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost + Eye Cream for Dark Circles & Puffiness, Under Eye Cream with Caffeine, Hyaluronic Acid. I gave up on eye creams but I decided to try this because I love Hydro Boost, it’s a gel cream, fragrance free and has caffeine. I have not had luck with caffeine except for one product so Hydro Boost was worth a try. I love the texture of this gel cream, no sting & no fragrance. It goes on very nice and I only need a little bit. I felt very moisturized around my eyes but did not notice a difference in my dark circles. I have purple dark circles under my fair skin that are hard to cover & correct. I will continue to use this because It’s a good eye cream and I enjoy the product.11-3-23

Great Product
This under eye cream is the best that I have found. I struggle with puffy undereyes and have found that this eye cream tremendously improves my undereyes when I use it in the morning after washing my face. There is not a scent at all and I don’t find that it irritates my sensitive skin at all which is a big plus. It is also very dydrating under the eyes and lasts a while.

Not hydrating
I ordered this because I wanted a hydrating eye cream with caffeine that was light for daytime use. The caffeine effect is minimal as far as depuffing and the product, while it feels cool and refreshing when applied, does very little to improve my eye area. It’s not hydrating at all and also seems to be causing my eyelids to itch at the lash line. I’ll continue to use only on my under eye and avoiding the lash line while I try to find a better depuffer.

This stuff actually works!
I had purchased a different eye cream that had rave reviews, and used it for 2 months. It made my dark circles darker, and my puffy eyes puffier, so I pitched it and bought this product without much expectation. I keep in the fridge and use it twice a day. By the time I used it 2 weeks, my dark circles were almost completely gone, and I no longer had to ice under both eyes every stinkin’ morning! A little dab will do ya too because it’s a gelcream, so it doesn’t take much. I was worried when I received it because the tub is so small, but I only need a little for each eye. It doesn’t sting or burn and it absorbs beautifully. After 2 weeks of using this, the people in my life noticed a difference. This stuff is a keeper for me. Keeping it chilled inside of the fridge also really helps take the puffiness down too. You have to use it faithfully, or I’m sure it doesn’t work as well when only used sporadically. I’m so glad I tried this stuff!

Burned and irritated skin
First, I had to order a replacement of this on Amazon because the first one that arrived had the seal broken/had already been opened. The second one was hard to tell if the seal had been tampered with, because the seal design on this jar is very poor. Someone could easily peel back the corner of the seal and gently lift the whole strip, then re-apply it to make it look like it wasn’t ripped open.Second and most importantly, this burned my skin and irritated it to the point of become puffy and red – the exact opposite of what it said it would do. When I tried to wash it off, the burning and stinging sensation became worse! I haven’t tried a product that stung this badly in a really long time. See attached pic.I have sensitive skin – acne prone, rosacea, can only use non-comedogenic formulas – but I read through this and thought I would be in the clear. I recently started using this under eye moisturizer and it has exceeded my expectations.Moisturizing Effect:It seems to be a very good moisturizer.
