Highly recommended, but…
Wife and I used this for 1 year, but we fell short on moving our vitamin D blood test detection into the normal range. This is not a product complaint because it DOUBLED the amount detected prior to adding Vitamin D to our daily supplementation diet. On direction from our doctor, we have since increased dosage to 2,000 UI and a year later we both achieved normal range. Now Foods has become our Go To for vitamins, supplements, essential oils, and even a few food items [highly recommend their “Organic Hot Cocoa” milk chocolate powder]. They are a Christian-owned company with consistently-high quality ratings. Our primary reason for buying this brand is quality and little to no additives (synthetic chemicals).
