I bought this for it’s Stress Reduction Effects, to help promote a Healthy Life for me.Asian Ginseng and it’s Health Benefits have been known for Thousands of Years, and been used in the Practice of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). I’m choosing this KOREAN version, to avoid any Toxic Contamination Risks from Mainland Chinese Sourcing, and because I believe the Korean RED Ginseng is just as good, if not better in terms of Growing Environment, Harvesting, Processing, Bottling, Packaging, and Shipment to AMAZON, and then to me.I just received it, so I shall post an UPDATE after giving it a chance to see whether it really does Stress Reduce me.Until then, I am giving this a 5-STAR Rating, for Delivery On Time, As Instructed, and With Care.Until then, let’s hope for The Best, and enjoy being in Good Health.

Don’t take on empty stomach and talk to your doctor
So far I’ve not noticed a huge change but I don’t take them every single day like I should so my own fault. I do have insomnia so I wasn’t too worried about the possibility of having trouble sleeping but TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING!! Seriously though because I have arrhythmia(irregular heart beat but unspecified) it can cause issues with my heart so I talked to my doctor due to potential health risks. I’m taking it to help with lowering my A1C to keep my risk for diabetes down. Along with regular exercise and diet I’m trying really hard to be healthy and proactive.Ok so due to not really having much experience with supplements I went and took the ginseng supplement on an empty stomach along with getting my walking in one morning and when I got home I was shaking and jittery like I’d had about 5 cups of coffee but without the caffeine rush. I was also very nauseous and had a sore stomach for the rest of that day. Long story short talk to your doctor first so if on medications you don’t have an adverse reaction, if you have medical conditions talk to your doctor. If you do take this don’t do it on an empty stomach
