Nutritionally, these are very good as they do not have excessively high amounts of certain vitamins or minerals (such as Vitamin B6). Probably the best Multivitamin I have found so far.

Good vitamins but they smell like rancid piss, hopefully I didn’t get a bad batch. I don’t know much of a difference in my mood and happiness from these, but I am less tired throughout the day. But they really smell extremely bad.

Good multi vitamin
This I a a great multi vitamin. Has niacin, so best to split up the pills and not take both at once. If you get a red rashly, itchy feeling, it’s the Niacin and you will be ok. It goes away in 20 minutes. Take one at a time in the AM and then mid day or before your workout. This will also make your urine yellow.. not a big deal, it’s doing its job. This isn’t magic, it’s a multi vitamin, one piece of the puzzle. Eat right, excercise and be healthy

If you have ever wondered what death smells like.
The spell is almost unbearable. You also have to take two capsules. I can’t imagine using these after almost vomiting at my desk. I’ve used a lot of different Nutricost products, and this is the only one that smells like taking a pill in a room with a couple of decomposing rats. The vitamin’s themselves are fine. I appreciate the addition of horny goat weed, but no.
