I think it is Effective… but not sure
This Ginseng pill is relatively easy to swallow even if a little big, but I also swallow down 10 pills at once, aka an experienced swallower. Just need to throw back some water and it’ll slide down your gullet pretty easily. Regarding the health benefits, I honestly don’t know if it is doing anything. I tend to eat pretty well with my whole food intake and only pop one of these pills if I am feeling like I was hit by a truck. During those times I also take a whole litany of other pills, so I’m not sure it is having an effect. However, I will say the combination of Ginseng with my other vitamins does help me combat my colds. It is up to you to take this, but coming from a health nut I don’t think it hurts topping yourself off.
