Best Supplement Ever
This product is great! I searched for a tablet bc I don’t like “extra” stuff like fillers or gelatin capsules. And this doesn’t have either! I also LOVE the energy it gives you. It’s not an energy that get you hyped up, but more of an alert awareness and stamina to get through my day. I hope I explained that well. I have other health concerns (iron deficiency anemia) which drains me and on some days I am in bed literally all day some days. But with these spirulina tablets I no longer lay in bed all day, I can get through my work day and not have to take a break every hour like before I started taking the tablets. I have taken them with food and without, no stomach issues. …now the tablets do stink, smells like fish food, but who cares? At least they don’t taste like they smell! But with the health benefits, you’ll get over the smell real quick! I will forever buy these tablets. Really, I will.

Spirulina really works! Update……
I was diagnosed with Colitis. After reading other customer reviews, I decided to try Spirulina to see if they would help me manage my diarrhea. I had stopped taking what my gastroenterologist had prescribed because they were making me nauseated with nasty gas and cramps. To my great surprise and gratitude, they actually stopped my diarrhea and returned me to a pretty much regular bowel movement. No more spasming colon. I have been taking Spirulina for three weeks now. I still have to watch what I eat. No spicy foods, nuts, corn, or gluten products. I take two in the morning and two at night. After nine weeks of diarrhea, I am amazed at how these tablets have helped me. Highly recommend you try them for yourself.After two months of using Spirulina, I can report that I continue to enjoy a life free of diarrhea. I have also added a pro-biotic supplement to my regimen to set up the good bacteria in my intestines and colon and get rid of the bad. These two homeopathic supplements together have returned me to 99% good health of what I was previously. I still have to stay away from really spicy foods. I am very grateful for this BioOptimal product. As I said before, it really does work!

I have more energy!
This Spirulina feels like it is giving me more energy. Spirulina doesn’t quite have the protein that so many health companies claim it does, you have to take A LOT of it to get the protein results. But, it’s an excellent way to get vitamins and minerals. I am on the road a lot and don’t eat my kale, veggies as much as I’d like to, so I take this supplement. It’s a great addition to a healthy diet. And this is sourced from a great quality source, and it’s organic. No extra chemicals. I don’t take any other supplements because I try to eat well, but I do take these. I noticed a big difference when I stopped taking them, that’s how I really know if something works or not. Highly recommend!

Excellent-the nutrient facts leave out some information
These little gems are a powerhouse of nutrition. They do not mention the fact that you can get a days supply of vitamin b-12 probably if you take around two four pill servings but I am not postive. I just know they are a good source. I recently purchased another brand as I was running out of this and they list the B-12 content. The pill size in the other brand is different and to get a days supply in that brand you have to take 6. So for all you vegans and vegetarians this is a major score to keep up your b-12 stores. Not only that it is chock full of other veg nutrients like beta carotene, zenathin, minerals and other nutrients not listed on the label. The pills do get a little messy there was just a small amount green powdery residue from them shaking around perhaps. Yet, I prefer that to coatings that are hard for you to digest and might be questionable. I thought it was expensive but how much is your health worth?

Amazing product
After making changes to my diet for health reasons I still wasn’t feeling as good as I wanted to and didn’t have the energy I wanted either. I assumed my lack of energy and exhaustion was from having a 4 and 5 yr old but now realize it was from holes in my nutrition. I heard about Spirulina in a documentary then did further research and decided to give it a try. The results exceeded my expectations. Within a week I dropped my afternoon naps, started sleeping better, woke up feeling rested, and have more energy throughout the day. Surprising Results!
My boss recommended this after he took it for a couple weeks. I cannot believe how much better I’m sleeping. I have not had a good night’s sleep in more years than I can count. I’ve tried so many different things. Melatonin makes me feel like I’ve been drugged when I wake up in the morning. This makes me sleep deep and then wake up refreshed. Plus I feel awake all day long. I’ve been taking it for 5 days now and I don’t even feel the need for my second cup of coffee in the morning. I most likely could completely cut out coffee, but it’s very unlikely I will do that. This product is nothing less than amazing.
