HUGE pill- very diffficult to take
This pill is almost 1 inch long and just shy of 3/8 inch thick. I tried to cut them in half and the edges are very rough and painful. I’ve never had problems swallowing meds before. I did not notice any difference after a few weeks though my MD said if it was effective, it may take a few months to evaluate. I’m not willing to take this any longer.

They make different versions.
They make a lot of versions of this it seems so decide what you want. I started with triple strength with vitamin D. Night and day difference! This stuff really works. I decided to try this one with the MSM and see what it does because I already take a separate vitamin D supplement. They also have one with magnesium and some others I think.What I don’t like is the bottle is huge. Same size as the 220 count bottle I started with except this one only has 80 in it. I get you want to save on inventorying bottles, but it’s asinine to put only 80 tablets in a bottle that holds 220.
