These are effective, safe, and good tasting- without melatonin! Sometimes they stick together, but that’s just the nature of gummies, I suppose.

I don’t do a lot of reviews but I’m doing one for these because they are great! I have struggled with sleep forever and melatonin does nothing. I was taking sleep edibles but I don’t want to take those every night so I thought I’d give these a shot and I’m glad I did. Tried these last night and had the most vivid dreams ever. I had several dreams back to back which all felt very real. This does tend to happen when I take Melatonin.I normally have trouble going back to sleep from waking up several times to pee at night. I was able to go back to sleep with no issues every time I woke up. The dreams were interesting for sure lol. Taking them again tonight.Giving 4 stars due to I find them very sweet but love how easily I was able to stay asleep. Not sure if the vivid dreams will become annoying or not over time. ( I don’t normally have dreams)
