Pure encapsulations are just that: pure. So glad we found this line of products. My daughter and I have the MTHFR mutation, plus celiac and food allergies that include corn and soy. Amended Review_ New Insights on Delivery Process from Seller and Manufacturer
I had never written a negative review on a product until earlier this week, when I had previously posted 2 stars for this item because of a perceived quality issue due to delivery. Specifically, I was unclear if the product quality was compromised, as it arrived warm (& enclosed Nordic cooling pack was warm/appeared to not be functioning). When I tried to present my concern to the seller via the Amazon customer feedback portal, the system threw me in a “loop”, if you will, and I could not reach them directly, so I posted my concerns in the review. The seller (Pattern) reached out within 24 hours of this post to share helpful information regarding the delivery/packaging process as per the manufacturer (Pure). Based on this information, I am assured the product quality was NOT compromised. I appreciate Pattern going above & beyond to address my concerns, which included providing key product information from the manufacturer, as well as contact information to manufacturer should I have additional questions. I was thrilled because my experience with Pure products has been wonderful and I didn’t want to change probiotics because of delivery concerns. That said, highly rate both the product and the seller. Highly recommend. Have been using Pure Probiotic and Pro Zinc-L-Carnosine supplements for silent reflux and both have been very helpful.

Best Probiotic I’ve Tried – Worth the Investment!
I’ve been consistently taking probiotics from various brands for the past two years, and this one has made the biggest difference in my digestion. I’ve noticed real improvement since switching to it. While it is on the pricier side, it’s absolutely worth the investment for the results.
