Best B Complex in existence
Methyl B complexes always give me a bad reaction from depression to anxiety to fatigue. It doesn’t work like you’d expect. Synethic B vitamins work okay, but I was still looking for better. This B complex gives me such phenomenal clean energy and clear mindset. It’s also a bonus that it includes choline, inositol and benfopure! I feel like this is perfect for everyone no matter how you react to other formulations. And you can trust Pure for their quality. I rarely write reviews and had to take a second to post this.

Best Bioavailable B Complex!
Really great B Complex. I researched many B Complex formulas and this one by far is the most potent and bioavailable. I have that MHTFR gene mutation and cannot process/methylate folic acid. These have been great! I take one or two first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have no problem at all with it upsetting my stomach. In the past I have had bad experiences with lesser quality B vitamins upsetting my stomach and making me extremely nauseous. I have had no problem at all with this brand. I have been taking them a while now and notice a slight increase in energy (without any jitters) and well being. More so than any other B Complex. The only thing I am not thrilled about is that these are now owned by Nestle. To which I will continue to search for a better or even equivalent formula. But for now, these really are the better than the others I tried from Thorne, Douglas Labs, and Integrative Therapeutics (which is a really close second).

B-Complex arrived in a Melatonin bottle
My delivery of Vitamin B-Complex arrived in a bottle labeled Melatonin, with a separate label stating B-Complex. Of course, I will not consume any of the supplements given the different labels, and request another bottle of B-Complex.I usually purchase from Pure Encapsulations; although more expensive than others, I enjoy their quality and reputation. But now, not only do I know if it is Pure, I don’t know what is Encapsulated.If no replacement comes, I will switch to Thorne (my other preferred brand).Review Update: I received a full refund from Amazon in just a couple of days from posting my issue, so I have upgraded the overall rating. I have used Pure Encapsulations for years and will continue.
