I bought this product, this specific brand, after seeing a doctor on TikTok indicate it was a good product to ‘clean your system out’ as my mother used to call it. At first, I thought about returning it, as it contains psyllium, which for me, cause bad stomach cramps. But I thought I’d try it in small doses. The instructions indicate to take 1-3 pills daily. I started out taking 1 pill a day, and have continued taking 1 pill a day, without any diarrhea or stomach cramps. Thus, good product and I would buy it again.
