I was not aware of the fact that fish oil should satisfy a certain EPA/DHA level until I read more about fish oil and cholestrol.I was looking for a good price, good quality product. Solgar products had been used in the family for a very long time, so I never doubted the quality of the product and bought it.About the fish burps. Yes, I got them when I started taking the pills. If you don`t miss days and regularly take them, burps disappear. I was very annoyed at first, but now, no fish burps at all. However, if I miss taking pills couple of days burps come back! 🙂

Save yourself a lot of money
My DR. perscribed an expensive “FDA Approved” Omega 3 supplement to help reduce my baaaad Cholesterol levels. This was going to cost a couple of hundred a month, basically paying for FDA approval. This has more of both supplements that you need, at higher levels and IT WORKS. My levels were cut in half after a month of use when nothing else had worked before.
