I was in a store one day, and a sales associate reached in front of me and a waft of citrus, patchouli, and some unidentifiable sweetness enveloped me. I asked her what fragrance she was wearing and she not only knew the name, she knew the manufacturer and said she bought it on Amazon. I came home, and don’t believe I even took off my coat before I was online ordering a bottle. Stress relief ? I think I may have to immerse myself in a 55 gallon drum to have that miracle occur, but the scent makes me very happy. I not only wear it, but use it in the diffuser on my office desk. Very, very nice.

Really does work to relieve stress and help you sleep
We were very skeptical when we purchased this to help my husband sleep. He is always so stressed about work that he lies awake for hours thinking about it. I’m not exaggerating when I say diffusing this stuff on his nightstand has been like a miracle! He sleeps like a baby for hours! I don’t even mind the snoring because I know he’s getting a good night’s sleep – finally. Now we never go to bed without turning on the diffuser. We’ve tried different blends and this one seems to work the best because it’s main ingredient is Bergamot. The blends containing Bergamot (such as NOW Cheer Up Buttercup) seem to work the best to relieve my husband’s stress.

One of the best Aromatherapy oil
I like this product and has been using for my clients for 2 years. It’s has a herbal scent mixed with peppermint. For the scent, it’s good. But for pain relief, I don’t think it helps too much for my clients. If you want something smells good like put it in your diffuser, this one is perfect. But if you want a medical used one like put on your body, this one is not a choice.

Stress Relief for work!
The Plant Guru Stress Blend is a lifesaver in my office. I keep it at work and diffuse it regularly. Not only do I enjoy the benefits of this blend, but my coworkers come in from time to time to sit and breathe it in. Lovely blend that really does what it says it will …
Lovely blend that really does what it says it will do. Stress/anxiety relief. For immediate usage, I just take a few whiffs of it and it works to calm me down right away. But I usually use it in my aromatherapy diffuser to get the same effect throughout the day. It works!

Longevity
I bought this product for a diffuser and it isn’t as strong as other brands I’ve gotten. I need a to use at least 3x the amount for it to be effective.
