The book is divided into three parts, where the first part explains how to understand the gut. The second part is a practical 4-week nutrition plan in which each week focuses on one new thing; 1) cleansing, 2) healing and rejuvenating, 3) eating right, and 4) exercise and movement for the gut. The third part covers how to maintain your microbe health. I found this book very informative and useful, and my favorite part was the easy-to-follow 4-week plan – highly recommended if you are interested in this topic
