Slight Color Change – Still Great Product
I’ve been using this product for years but I did notice that the last couple of times that I ordered this product that the coloring was off. Usually it’s been a light white creamy color, but the others the coloring was off to a light beige color. I checked The Body Shop website and there has been no change to the formula so I am unable to determine what would cause this. The two particular items have not expired (label on the bottom of the tin) and still removes all makeup while not leaving your skin dry after you tissue off & following with your regular skin care regiment.

I love everything about This cleanser! It is so soft and just melts away all your makeup off. It has a nice clean scent and has never caused any irritation to my skin and I have combination/oily skin. I use this cleanser every night to take off my makeup. I rub all over my face and even around my eye area to remove all my eye makeup off. I have been using this product for over a year and have no complaints what so ever.As for the price, the best price I have found is on amazon . Even when the body shop has their sales, amazon still wins in price because with prime you get free shipping and when you order through the body shop online you have to pay for shipping. As for the price, to me it’s about the quality and that it is not harsh on ur skin. Happy shopping!!!Thank you!

New Favorite Product!
This make-up melting butter is the best makeup removal product out there by far. The butter is smooth, easy to apply, and acts as a great moisturizing alternative to using makeup wipes that pull and dry the skin. I usually have to purchase hypoallergenic products because my skin is fairly sensitive and dry. However, this product does not cause any irritation or redness, even around my eyes. I apply the butter to my face while dry, then rinse and use my regular cleanser. I personally mainly wear eye makeup, and the butter effectively dissolves and removes all traces of mascara and eyeliner! After rinsing the butter off, there is no oil or residue left behind. I recommend using a regular cleanser after the butter, just to prevent clogged pores and ensure that all makeup is removed. As for the packaging, the lid can be a bit hard to screw on and off, but other than that its flat and travels well. Overall I strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for gentler and more effective alternative for makeup wipes.

Great, effective product for price
Have not found a better cleansing balm for the price. I’ve tried the Juno and Pharmacy brands as well. Juno burned my eyes. Pharmacy was great but too pricey for the amount you get. This gets the most stubborn makeup, grit and SPF off. Smells lovely. Comes clean with a wash cloth. Removing 1 star because it can *mildly* irritate your eye if you’re really having to get waterproof eye make up, but it definitely doesn’t burn like I experienced with the Juno.

I Love The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter. The best makeup remover I’ve ever used. I originally tried it out because the container is legit recyclable…NO PLASTIC. It doesn’t leave my face or eyes greasy the next day. The first few times I used it, my eyes got a little irritated. But after that, no irritation.

I used to buy this all the time in the uk and it was always white but unfortunately this product has turned up and appears to be off/out of date it’s all dry and cracked and a reddish colour I’m really disappointed as this cost me considerably more than I would usually have to pay for this I’m very unhappy.

Ho acquistato il prodotto con diffidenza, incuriosita da questa nuova tipologia di prodotto e credo non potrò più farne a meno. Potere struccante incredibile, ne basta una piccola quantità applicata e massaggiata sul viso asciutto, poi risciacquata con acqua. Io utilizzo un kajal molto resistente e non ero mai riuscita ad eliminarlo con tanta facilità e con questa resa. È sufficiente il massaggio con le mani, non è necessario usare altro. Ha una leggera e delicata profumazione. Lascia il viso completamente pulito e morbidissimo. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!!

Das Produkt ist absolut genial! Ich kaufe die Abschminkbutter jetzt seit über zwei Jahren und habe es schon einigen weiterempfohlen, die damit auch glücklich sind. Meine Haut ist sehr empfindlich und verträgt z.B. Abschminktücher nicht besonders gut. Die Reinigungsbutter ist total sanft zur Haut, reinigt ziemlich gut und hinterlässt ein angenehmes Gefühl. Sie ist schon etwas teuer, hält dafür aber auch ne Weile. Wenn man viel Make-Up um die Augen rum entfernen muss, dann sieht man danach für einen Moment nicht alles ganz scharf/klar, aber das geht schnell wieder weg und brennt nicht wie Abschminktücher oder so. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
