    I haven’t finished Gigi Walkama’s book, “The Gut Health Revival” yet. But, I can say the information is well written and presented in a friendly, easy to understand format for the lay person (not a lot of medical jargon). The use of humor is also appreciated.I’m new to the SIBO world (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). After 50 years of thinking I was ‘normal’ with my digestive issues – I was not.
