I’d like to consider myself a faithful Magic Scent customer however, after this purchase I will no longer be buying their products, not only is it overpriced but you literally cannot even smell it, not even on the highest setting. I even messaged customer service thinking I had a defective item, got the new one in the mail, same thing.We run constant maintenance on your machine and the alcohol prep every cycle we ended up buying a new machine and, nothing! Over $100 for a pack of two in the trash.
