This brand is well known and has decent quality. The listing says this is Shoden extract, but the bottle doesn’t specify. I will say this is somewhat effective for helping me sleep. The price is not great but not awful. You get a 30 day supply for $21. This is a more potent extract, so I think the price is just ok considering other brands can get more expensive for the same extract. I didn’t notice any change in energy level except for maybe when I wake up – I don’t wake up as groggy or exhausted like I do with other ashwaghanda extracts.

Dosage too low to do anything
It is a very low dose compared to what I have researched online after the purchase. I will more than likely have to look for a similar quality in a higher dose in a different brand. It is a shame as I have come to rely on Thorne for many of it’s products. Perhaps it is an oversight and like I said I take a few other products from them so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
