They come with a 2 month supply which is a good value for the money.I made the mistake of taking my first on an empty stomach which gave me a stomach ache/nausea feeling for about an hour afterwards. The next day I ate breakfast and let my stomachs settle first before taking which seemed to help a lot! Still some bouts of nausea, it’s really hit or miss.After a few weeks of taking these my hair shedding is back to normal. I am sleeping much better and not nearly as irritable as before!Just be cautious of taking without eating something first but they do work!
