These URVI® Neuro Support Gummies are a green apple 2ct gummies per serving vitamin. They contain 500 mg Glycine, 150 mg L-Theanine (high Potency), Vitamins B1 & B6 for Rest & Sleep, Relaxation, Calm and focus. I didn’t like the taste personally – but for them being no sugar it’s all right. I feel subtle calming effect, but these also have green tea and B vitamins. For me I get more of a subtle calming and some focus from these.
