Well mate 5% Lidocaine works extremely well for muscle and joint pain. I have angina and my left arm is very painful; this product works for 4hours. I also have painful arthritic hand joints;I get help with this product

Tattoo Numbing cream
Used this as tattoo numbing cream. My tattoo artist was happy with the results and said I could use it again for sensitive inner thigh work.I used a THICK layer on the entire area to be tattooed and wrapped it in saran wrap for 1.5 hours before my appointment. It lasted about 2 hours into the session, and then my artist was able to continue using some on the line work before laying down color.Tub was large enough for a 5″ x 8″ spot and has about 3/4 left in the tub. it went on easily with a tounge depressor and did a great job numbing.

Very effective for me, but it caused my husband’s irritation
I bought this cream looking for relief for muscle pain in the back and lower back, and the truth is that it has worked for me. The feeling of numbness is fast, has no strong smell and absorbs quite well.In my case it has been helpful, especially to calm intense pain in the lower spine.However, when my husband used it, it caused a skin reaction (rash) throughout the area where I applied it. It wasn’t serious, but it was enough for him to stop using it.That’s why I give it 4 stars: it has served me a lot, but it was not suitable for him.Recommended with caution, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Great for intended use, not microneedling
The 5 stars are for intended use, not mine. When I purchased this, I hadn’t realized it was for “anorectal” application. I bought it for derma-stamp/microneedle; and I suggest if this is also what you’re looking for, unfortunately you should keep looking. I.E. numbing agents intended for tattoos or laser procedures (no inexpensive route for our lot). Butt— if you’re intended use is for your hiney or if you need your lips numb, look no further than this particular product. It numbed my lips so I presume it works in other sensitive areas 😉.IMO it made no difference for the areas i wanted it for, the edge around my lips and the area between my brows.

Good mid pain relief though
Good product sit on my skin for a while good consistency pain. Relief wasn’t as much as I was expecting. I was expecting more, but the scent was pleasing and it’s just sat on my skin. Pretty good very good for mild pain relief
