Okay, I have heard great things about Spirulinas health Benefits and had to order some for myself to give it a try. The item arrived promptly and as shown. Mixes very well in smoothies, tastes as expected and did not cause any upset of reactions. Packed with nutrients and protein! Be very mindful of not spilling the product as it can stain a bit. Great value of the amount you get and look forward to making more recipes with it.

Add to baking
I like this for adding to my baking to just add some extra health benefits. It’s such a pretty color, although when baked, it’s not quite as vibrant but not a problem. It mixes in well with batter.

Organic and pure but California Prop 65 Warning?
Great value. Just don’t understand why there is a California Prop 65 warning on the package. I assume they just didn’t go through the rigorous process to have it certified but it just seems odd being organic and pure.

Where is the blue phycocyanin?
There’s no blue phycocyanin in this so it’s basically useless! You can test to see if there’s blue phycocyanin by putting it in water without mixing to see if it’s a blue green color. Everybody’s into blue spirulina so they isolating the blue phycocyaninfor aesthetic purposes only. If you want the pure spiuralina do not buy this.
