SOUND, REASONABLY PRICED PRODUCT
These supplements really make a difference for me; with previous brands the amount of ashwagandha was less than the amount of root in this product, which is 1,380 mg. The serving is 3 capsules, preferably with a meal, and the capsules are nice and small, have a pleasant aroma, and I take them with a meal, but I could just as easily not do that, as I don’t have any stomach issues. They are also quick release, but I’m not sure if that is an added benefit. What I do notice though is that I don’t get “rattled” by anything that would normally cause me stress. This supplement also seems to keep my otherwise elevated BP in the 120/75-80 range. Before commencing consumption of this supplement my BP would range 140/85, and my weight is 136 on a 5′ 6″ frame. I’m also an intermittent faster, which I’ve learned can also have a positive affect on BP.
