It perks me up when I use it in the morning. I have cut down on having coffee. However, the pick me up does not last, and I feel like I am crashing at noon. I refuse to use this more than once a day. I would give it more stars if the effectiveness lasted longer. Also, the dropper is awful and does not work well.
