Love the MegaFood brand and have trusted them through multiple pregnancies (the pre & post natals) and the Ashwagandha has been great with my mood and as a stress reliever. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their mood. However, it is not meant to be taken continuously and should be cycled. Consult your doctor before taking any supplements as it is not meant for everyone and may counteract some medications.

Make sure you look at the side effects or symptoms to watch for that are a re flag to stop
I was happy with my purchase, at first. unfortunately I couldn’t take it. The next day after using it I had the worst stomach aches and I looked up side effects to watch out for and I had 3 of the side effects listed and stopped use. It’s a great brand I just couldn’t take it myself. Everyone’s different.

This product works with a caveat
Careful the description is incorrect, please read the ingredients list on the photo label, also under other ingredients on the label(( maltodextrin )) is listed and for some it’s a avoid ingredient.That being said I have been buying from MegaFood since I read the ad in OMNI’s magazine LONGEVITY and it’s been incredible.
