I am old now but i used this when i ran martial arts schools. One would work for a whole class, or two. This is without any drugs other than natural ones. (there is some preservatives). As a processed drink, it is one of the cleanest. I started to work out again at 65 and this helps. I drink half of one, then drink the other half about midway through my workout.
